Your data. Purpose-bound.

Effective August 29, 2026. This policy explains the personal data used to operate Crown Affiliates.

Crown Affiliates is operated by CrownThrive, LLC. This Privacy Policy applies to the Crown Affiliates website, accounts, profiles, programs, applications, referral links, partnership activations, payments, commission accounting, communications, and support interactions.

1. Personal data we collect

  • Account and identity data: name, email, phone, login records, account role, verification status, profile image, location, time zone, language, and security settings.
  • Brand and program data: business name, website, product or service information, program briefs, commission terms, destination URLs, creatives, applications, messages, and support records.
  • Affiliate profile data: biography, niches, channels, audience descriptions, portfolio, experience, rates or terms, application responses, approved links, and performance records.
  • Transaction and compliance data: purchases, refunds, chargebacks, commissions, balances, payout status, payment-provider identifiers, taxpayer or identity-verification status, and audit records. Full card or bank credentials are generally handled by the enabled payment or payout provider rather than stored by Crown Affiliates.
  • Attribution data: referral codes, program identifiers, click and conversion events, first-party cookies, timestamps, landing pages, referrers, device/browser information, and fraud or deduplication signals.
  • Technical and usage data: IP address, user agent, device, pages and features used, errors, security events, session data, cookie choices, and approximate location derived from network information.
  • Content and communications: messages, reviews, files, recordings or meeting metadata when enabled and consented to, support tickets, survey responses, and other content you submit.

2. Why we process personal data

We process data to create and secure accounts; operate Brand and Affiliate workflows; publish profiles and programs; match users by niche and criteria; process applications, activations, payments, refunds, commission entries, and payouts; attribute traffic and conversions; prevent fraud and abuse; provide support; comply with tax, sanctions, accounting, and legal duties; maintain evidence and audit trails; improve accessibility and product performance; and send operational or consented marketing communications.

Where consent is required, you may withdraw it without affecting processing already performed lawfully. Certain data is necessary to provide the service, complete a transaction, secure the platform, or meet legal obligations.

3. How data is shared

We share data only as reasonably necessary with:

  • Marketplace participants: Brands and Affiliates receive the profile, application, program, message, activation, attribution, and transaction information required for their relationship.
  • Service providers: hosting, database, security, email, analytics, customer-support, video-meeting, storage, payment, payout, tax, identity, fraud, and infrastructure providers acting under their own terms or our instructions.
  • CrownThrive ecosystem services: governed CrownThrive systems may process operational, commerce, analytics, content, rights, and support data under shared controls. This does not create authority to move money or grant rights outside the applicable workflow.
  • Legal and safety recipients: regulators, courts, law enforcement, auditors, insurers, advisers, or affected parties when disclosure is legally required or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, funds, evidence, or platform integrity.
  • Business transactions: a successor or transaction participant may receive data in a merger, financing, reorganization, sale, or transfer, subject to appropriate confidentiality and notice obligations.

We do not sell personal data for money. If a future feature constitutes a sale, targeted advertising, or profiling subject to an opt-out right, we will provide the required disclosure and control before or when that processing begins.

4. Cookies and attribution technology

We use necessary cookies for sessions, security, consent, language, and preferences. A first-party referral cookie may remember a valid referral code for up to 60 days. Program-specific attribution windows may differ and are disclosed with the program. Optional analytics or advertising tools are used only when enabled and subject to applicable consent or opt-out requirements. See the Cookie Policy.

5. Data retention

Retention depends on purpose. Account and profile data is generally kept while the account is active. Transaction, payout, tax, fraud, audit, consent, rights, dispute, and legal-hold records may be retained longer. Referral and analytics data may be aggregated or de-identified. When data is no longer needed, we delete, anonymize, or isolate it, subject to backups and legal obligations.

6. Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the data and risk, including access controls, credential protection, encryption where supported, logging, rate limits, provider verification, backups, and incident response. No system is perfectly secure. If a legally reportable breach occurs, notices will be made without unreasonable delay and in the manner required by applicable law.

7. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live and whether a law applies, you may have rights to confirm processing; access, correct, delete, or obtain a portable copy of personal data; opt out of certain sales, targeted advertising, or profiling; withdraw consent; and appeal a denied request. We extend practical account access, correction, export, and deletion controls broadly where doing so does not conflict with security, fraud, transaction, evidence, tax, or legal-retention duties.

Submit a request through the contact form or email contact@crownthrive.com. State the right you wish to exercise and the account email. We may verify identity and authority before responding. You do not need to create a new account to submit a request. If we deny a request, you may appeal by replying with "Privacy Appeal" and the reason you believe the decision should be reconsidered.

8. Communications choices

You may use unsubscribe controls in marketing messages or contact us. Operational, security, transaction, application, payout, legal, and account messages may continue while needed to provide the service or comply with law.

9. Public content and third-party links

Public profiles, programs, reviews, posts, and comments can be viewed and copied by others. Do not publish sensitive personal data you do not want public. Third-party sites and providers have their own privacy practices; review them before submitting data or completing a transaction.

10. Children

Crown Affiliates is a business marketplace intended for users 18 and older. We do not knowingly permit children to create Affiliate or Brand accounts. Contact us if you believe a child provided personal data.

11. International processing

Users may access the platform from multiple countries. Data may be processed in the United States and other locations where our providers operate. Where required, we use contractual or other lawful transfer safeguards.

12. Changes and contact

We may update this policy as the product, providers, or law changes. The effective date will change, and material changes may be announced through the platform or email.
