Built to include. Improved by evidence.
Crown Affiliates targets WCAG 2.2 Level AA and publishes commitments without claiming a level that has not been independently certified.
Our commitment
CrownThrive is committed to making Crown Affiliates usable by people with diverse visual, hearing, mobility, cognitive, speech, and neurological needs. Accessibility is included in product design, content review, quality assurance, and issue prioritization.
Current supported patterns
- Keyboard-accessible navigation, forms, skip links, focus states, and primary workflows.
- Semantic landmarks, labels, headings, validation messages, and accessible names for controls.
- Responsive layouts and text resizing without intentional loss of core content.
- Color-contrast and light/dark theme controls designed around shared tokens.
- Alternative text for meaningful editorial images and decorative-image handling where appropriate.
- Captions, transcripts, or accommodations when the enabled meeting or media provider supports them and the parties arrange them.
Known limitations
Some third-party checkout, video, embedded, or provider interfaces are controlled by their providers. Legacy internal screens may still need additional semantic or keyboard refinement. Automated tests cannot identify every accessibility barrier, so user reports remain essential.
Request an accommodation or report a barrier
Use the contact form or email contact@crownthrive.com with the subject "Accessibility request." Describe the page, task, device, browser, assistive technology, and preferred contact method. Do not include sensitive medical information that is unnecessary to resolve the barrier.
Standard and review cycle
Our target is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA. We review new public surfaces, high-use account workflows, and reported defects against that target. This statement is updated as capabilities and verified limitations change.
